Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management in Honey Grove, TX is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist in meal preparation, service, and cleanup for patients and staff in the nursing center.

You will work under the food service director, prepare nourishments, desserts, salads, and beverages, and follow production sheets. Strong communication and sanitation basics are essential.

Experience in food service and long-term care is preferred, and you will contribute to a clean, safe dining environment.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand English for business necessity.
• Basic understanding of sanitation, organization and safety.
• Prior experience in food service preferred.
