Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a dietary aide to support meal preparation for patients and staff in a nursing center. You will assist the cook, prepare nourishments, desserts, salads, and beverages, and help with dish setup according to center procedures.

Strong communication skills and English literacy are required, with a basic understanding of sanitation and safety. Prior food service or long-term care experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Objective
