Job summary

Northrise Assisted Living is seeking a Dietary Aide to support meal preparation, service, and cleanup for residents and staff. You will follow center procedures, prepare and label nourishments, portions of desserts and beverages, and help ensure smooth meal operations by adhering to production sheets and guidelines.

Strong reading of English, basic sanitation and safety knowledge, and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand English for business necessity.
• Basic understanding of sanitation, organization and safety.
• Prior experience in food service preferred.
• Prior experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists cook as directed by the food service director.
