Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management seeks a Dietary Aide for a nursing center in Albuquerque. You will assist the cook, prepare nourishments, portion desserts and salads, pour beverages, and follow production sheets and guidelines.

The ideal candidate has good verbal and written communication, reads English for business needs, understands sanitation and safety, and values team work; prior experience in food service and long‑term care is preferred.

Objective

Performs a variety of tasks usually not requiring cooking skills in the preparation, service, and clean up for meals served to patients and staff in the nursing center and other special events.
