MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center is seeking a Diet Office Coordinator to lead daily diet office services, ensuring nutritious and safe food for patients. You will supervise staff, coordinate menu processing, and maintain compliance with departmental, state, and Joint Commission standards.

The role requires strong communication, staff leadership, and data reporting skills, with full-time hours and rotating shifts based on departmental needs. Experience in HACCP and CBORD is preferred.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Nutrition or Food Service-related Certificate or College/University Degree preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety principles.
• Ability to communicate clearly and motivate staff.
• Experience with dietary software CBORD is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily diet office functions and staff direction.
• Coordinate dietary screening and menu/nourishment processing.
• Manage workflow, scheduling, and staff training.
• Handle ordering/inventory for tube feeding and nutrition supplements.
• Operate dietary software CBORD and generate reports.
