Job summary

You will manage diet office, formula and milk rooms, lead training, and align workflows with department goals.

You will also supervise call center operations, use Computrition and EHR interfaces, and partner with managers to maintain parity, morale, and service recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Progressive leadership experience in a healthcare/food service setting.
• Strong knowledge of food service operations and nutrition policies.
• Experience with staff scheduling, HR processes and payroll.
• Familiarity with healthcare software tools and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily diet office, formula, and human milk room operations.
• Ensure accurate meal entries and call center performance; monitor quality.
• Lead staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate department projects and optimize food service software use.
• Manage patient satisfaction efforts and service recovery across campuses.
