Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a full-time Diet Clerk at Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, KY. The role involves patient menu management, data collection, and various diet-office duties under the direction of the Patient Services Manager and/or Clinical Nutrition Manager.

The position requires a background in customer service and is scheduled for four 12-hour shifts, 6:00 am to 6:30 pm, with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Distributes and collects menus.
• Assists patients in completing menu selections according to prescribed diet.
• Plans regular and modified menus based on current diet manual.
• Prepares and distributes supplements, tube feedings, and enteral formula.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Follows infection-control policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
