Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Experience with phone etiquette preferred.

Responsibilities

• Distributes and collects menus.
• Assists patients in completing menu selections per prescribed diet.
• Offers alternatives to menu per allergies, restrictions, or preferences.
• Plans regular and modified menus based on diet manual.
• Prepares and distributes supplements, tube feedings, and enteral formula.
• May handle infant formula distribution and inventory.
• Adheres to HIPAA and patient rights policies.
• Completes required documentation and logs.
• Follows infection-control policies and procedures.
• Participates in Performance Improvement initiatives.
