Responsibilities

• Distributes and collects patient menus in accordance with prescribed diets.
• Assists patients with menu selections and documenting diet needs.
• Offers alternatives within prescribed diet for allergies or preferences.
• Plans regular and modified menus based on diet manual.
• Prepares and distributes supplements or enteral formulas as directed.
