• Location: Cedarbrook-Allentown - 350 S. Cedarbrook Road, Allentown, PA 18104
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. More details provided during interview.
• Requirements: Supervisory experience required. Long-term care/healthcare experience highly preferred.
• Pay Range: $19.50 - $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Under the direction of the Patient Services Manager and/or Clinical Nutrition Manager, responsible for patient menu management, data collection, and diet office functions as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Distribute and collect menus.
• Assist patients in completing menu selections in compliance with prescribed diets, as assigned by dietitians.
• Offer alternatives to menu options based on allergies, sensitivities, cultural, ethnic, and religious preferences.
• Plan regular and modified menus based on current diet manuals.
• Prepare and distribute supplements, tube feedings, and enteral formulas accurately and timely.
• Manage the preparation, distribution, and inventory of human/donor milk and infant formula, if applicable.
• Adhere to confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and patient rights policies.
• Comply with regulatory standards, including federal, state, and TJC.
• Complete all required documentation, reports, and logs.
• Follow infection control policies and procedures.
• Participate in Performance Improvement programs and teams to enhance processes and patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
