Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical certification preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1–2 years automotive/diesel repair experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to solve problems and use tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Teamwork and outdoor work capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Make sure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers.
• Log, research and complete repairs using Penske tools and tech, including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance like tire rotation and lubrication, plus some electrical and cooling system work.
• Learn new skills via Penske technician training and hands-on coaching with your manager.
• Support other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
