Cox Fleet in the United States is offering an entry path to become a Diesel and Trailer Technician through the FleeTec Academy. The program pays you to learn, covers travel and lodging, and pairs you with a Lead Technician for hands-on training.

After completing the five-week classroom phase, you may move into a full-time Mobile Technician role with Cox Fleet. Expect ongoing classroom refreshers and potential multi-year development opportunities, with a clear pay progression.

Qualifications

• Desire to start a career as a Diesel and Trailer Technician.
• Willingness to study for five weeks of full-time schooling.
• DOT pre-employment background screening and medical card requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Background checks and drug testing required.

Responsibilities

• Attend five weeks of paid classroom training with travel expenses paid.
• Receive hands-on training with a Lead Technician and progress in the program.
• Upon completion, be offered a full-time Mobile Technician position in your market.
• Travel to customer locations to perform preventative maintenance and repairs onsite.
