Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• 1–2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to solve problems and use tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and outdoors.
• DOT/OSHA safety policies compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure vehicle safety for customers.
• Use Penske tools and technologies to log, diagnose and complete repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as tire rotation, lubrication and component replacement on gas and diesel engines.
• Partner with your manager to learn new skills through Penske's training programs.
• Take on additional projects as assigned by supervision.
