Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with basic automotive/diesel repair experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass safety standards.
• Good customer service and communication skills; works well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers.
• Log, research and complete repairs using Penske tools, including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventive maintenance such as tire rotation and lubrication.
• Learn new skills through Penske's technician training and coaching.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
