Penske Truck Leasing in Indiana (Wabash) is seeking a motivated Technician to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on our fleet. You’ll log diagnostics, rotate tires, and use Penske tools to keep vehicles safe and on the road. You’ll learn through hands-on coaching and Penske’s technician training to grow your career.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical vehicle repair certification preferred.
• 1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to solve problems and use tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and outdoors.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must follow Penske safety and maintenance policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure safety of vehicles for customers.
• Log, research and complete repairs using Penske tools and tech.
• Perform preventative maintenance and related tasks (tires, lubrication, etc.).
• Learn new skills through technician training and coaching.
• Support supervisor and handle other tasks as assigned.
