Job summary

All Roads Trucks - Westminster is hiring a Diesel Technician to diagnose, maintain and repair medium- and heavy-duty trucks. You’ll work with hydraulics, electrical, and hydrostatic systems, with welding and fabrication as needed.

We offer a full-time first shift (Mon–Fri 7am–4pm) with one Saturday per month, a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid training, and advancement opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Prior experience diagnosing and repairing diesel vehicles.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and recondition Kenworth Trucks and heavy-duty vehicles as directed by the Service Manager.
• Diagnose malfunctions in hydraulics, electrical, and hydrostatic systems.
• Perform welding and fabrication work as needed.
• Recommend appropriate repairs and prepare cost estimates.
• Maintain accurate and detailed repair records (CDK experience a plus).
• Communicate with the factory for technical support.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and technical advancements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

All Roads Ford Trucks is hiring a Diesel Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair medium- and heavy-duty trucks. If you like solving problems with your hands and take pride in accurate, efficient work, you’ll make an immediate impact on our team. Kenworth experience is preferred.

Compensation & Schedule

• $30/hr+ (based on experience)
• Production bonuses available
• Full-time, first shift — Monday - Friday 7am–4pm one Saturday a month 7am-1pm.
