Job summary

All Roads Kenworth in Riviera Beach, FL is hiring an experienced Diesel Technician to service and repair Kenworth trucks. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems with attention to safety and efficiency.

We offer hourly pay $25-$45 based on experience, a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, full-time hours, and benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, and opportunities for advanced certifications and career

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Diesel technician experience, preferably with Kenworth.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Welding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and recondition Kenworth trucks as directed by the Service Manager
• Diagnose malfunctions in hydraulics, electrical, and hydrostatic systems
• Perform welding and fabrication work as needed
• Recommend appropriate repairs and prepare cost estimates
• Maintain accurate and detailed repair records
• Communicate with the factory for technical support
• Stay up to date with industry trends and technical advancements
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to talk, listen, stand, walk, use hands, and reach with arms
• Must be able to lift, carry, and transport materials up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally more than 50 lbs.
