Job summary

All Roads Kenworth in Ft. Lauderdale is seeking an experienced Diesel Technician/Mechanic to diagnose, maintain, and repair medium- and heavy-duty trucks.

You will work the first shift in a full-time role, with opportunities for advancement and on-the-job training. We offer a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, competitive hourly wages ($25–$40/hour) based on experience, and a benefits package including health, vision and dental, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Diesel vehicle diagnostics and repairs experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain detailed repair records.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair vehicles as directed by the Service Manager.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and provide effective repair solutions.
• Create accurate repair estimates (CDK experience a plus).
• Maintain precise records of all repairs and parts used.
• Communicate with factory/OEM technical support as needed.
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Kenworth South Florida in Ft. Lauderdale is hiring an experienced Diesel Technician/Mechanics to diagnose, maintain, and repair medium- and heavy-duty trucks. Compensation & Schedule

• $25–$40/hour (based on experience)
• Production bonuses available
• Full-time, first shift — Monday–Friday
