Job summary

All Roads Trucks is seeking a Diesel Technician/Mechanic in Upper Marlboro to diagnose, maintain and repair medium- and heavy-duty trucks. Ford experience is preferred and a sign-on bonus is available.

Responsibilities include servicing vehicles, diagnosing malfunctions, estimating repairs and keeping detailed records. We offer a first-shift, Monday–Friday schedule with production bonuses and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience diagnosing and repairing diesel vehicles.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair vehicles as directed by the Service Manager.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and provide effective repair solutions.
• Create accurate repair estimates (CDK experience a plus).
• Maintain precise, detailed records of all repairs performed and parts used.
• Communicate with factory/OEM technical support as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation & Schedule

• $22–$45/hour (based on experience)
• Production bonuses available
• Full-time, first shift — Monday–Friday
