Job summary

All Roads Trucks is seeking a Diesel Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair medium- and heavy-duty trucks at our Baltimore location. Join a team that takes pride in accurate, efficient work and makes an immediate impact.

You will diagnose failures in hydraulics, electrical, and hydrostatic systems, perform welding and fabrication as needed, and maintain detailed repair records while collaborating with the factory for technical support.

Qualifications

• Prior experience diagnosing and repairing Diesel Trucks.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and recondition Kenworth trucks as directed by the Service Manager.
• Diagnose malfunctions in hydraulics, electrical, and hydrostatic systems.
• Perform welding and fabrication work as needed.
• Recommend appropriate repairs and prepare cost estimates.
• Maintain accurate and detailed repair records.
• Communicate with the factory for technical support.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and technical advancements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

All Roads Trucks is hiring a Diesel Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair medium- and heavy-duty trucks. If you like solving problems with your hands and take pride in accurate, efficient work, you’ll make an immediate impact on our team.

Compensation & Schedule

• $25–$45/hour (based on experience)
• Production bonuses available
• Full-time, first shift — Monday–Friday
