All Roads Kenworth – Naples is seeking experienced Heavy Duty Diesel Technicians to join our Service team in Naples, FL. This full-time role offers hourly pay between $25 and $45 based on experience, plus a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and at least 5 years of diesel technician experience; Kenworth experience is preferred. Opportunity for advancement and comprehensive benefits are included.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and recondition Kenworth trucks as directed by the Service Manager.
• Diagnose malfunctions in hydraulics, electrical, and hydrostatic systems.
• Perform welding and fabrication work as needed.
• Recommend appropriate repairs and prepare cost estimates.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of repairs performed.
• Communicate with the factory for technical assistance.
• Stay current with industry trends and technical advancements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Demands
