Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing/Transportation Solutions in North Fond du Lac, WI is seeking a Technician to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on our fleet. You’ll use Penske’s tools and technologies and log repairs, with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1–2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to use Penske tools.
• DOT/OSHA safety compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and ensuring vehicles are safe for customers.
• Using Penske’s tools to log, research and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics.
• Performing preventative maintenance such as tire rotation and lubrication.
• Learning new skills through technician training and coaching.
• Working on other projects as assigned by supervisor.
