Job summary

Penske is seeking a technically skilled Technician to perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on a diverse fleet. You’ll work with a team to keep vehicles safe and on the road, using Penske’s tooling and training resources to diagnose and fix issues.

You'll have opportunities for growth, comprehensive safety training, and a supportive work environment. A valid driver’s license and willingness to comply with DOT safety policies are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• 1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to learn and follow Penske safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure safety of vehicles for customers.
• Use Penske tools to log, research and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance and component lubrication/replacement.
• Assist with learning new skills through certification programs.
• Participate in other projects as assigned by supervisor.
