Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a technician to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a diverse fleet. You will log repairs using Penske tools and participate in ongoing training, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1–2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and outdoors.
• Must comply with DOT, OSHA, and Penske safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure vehicles are safe for customers.
• Log, research and complete repairs using Penske tools and tech.
• Perform preventative maintenance and some electrical/cooling system work.
• Learn new skills through Penske's technician training.
• Collaborate with supervisor on other projects as needed.
