Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a skilled Technician for the 2nd shift in White Deer, PA. You will perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs across a diverse fleet to keep customers on the road.

You’ll learn Penske’s maintenance processes, gain industry-certified training, and work with experienced supervisors, with strong safety and reliability expectations and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical certification preferred.
• 1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Making sure vehicles are maintained and safe for our customers.
• Using Penske's tools and technologies to log, research and complete repairs, including basic vehicle diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance like tire rotation and lubrication, and some electrical/cooling system maintenance.
• Learn new skills with hands-on coaching from your manager and Penske trainers.
• Work on other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
