Penske is seeking a technician in West Columbia, SC to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a diverse fleet. You’ll learn Penske maintenance processes and use cutting-edge technology while earning on-the-job training and industry certification support.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1-2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience (preferred).
• The associate must understand and comply with Penske safety and maintenance policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and ensuring vehicles are safe for customers.
• Use Penske tools and technologies to log, research and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs and components lubrication and replacement on gas/diesel vehicles.
• Learn new skills via Penske technician training and hands-on coaching with your manager.
• Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
