Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1-2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to use Penske tools and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Making sure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers.
• Using Penske’s tools and technologies to log, research and complete repairs, including basic vehicle diagnostics.
• Performing preventative maintenance such as tire rotation and lubrication on gas and diesel engines.
• Partnering with your manager to learn new skills through Penske’s training and coaching.
• Willingness to work the required schedule at the specific location and pass screenings.
