Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with 1–2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain DOT credentials.
• Strong problem solving and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on fleet vehicles.
• Use Penske tools and diagnostics to conduct repairs and maintenance.
• Log work and coordinate with supervisor on new skills and training.
• Maintain safety and following DOT/OSHA policies.
