Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking a Technician to perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on our modern fleet. You will log repairs, run basic diagnostics, and ensure vehicles are safe and road-ready.

You will learn Penske’s maintenance processes through hands-on coaching with experienced supervisors and master technicians, gaining industry-certified training and access to advanced tooling and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred; technical training is a plus.
• 1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on fleet vehicles.
• Use Penske tools and technologies to log, research and complete repairs; diagnose basic issues.
• Carry out preventative maintenance like tire rotation and lubrication on gas and diesel engines.
• Collaborate with your manager to learn new skills through Penske training and coaching.
• Adhere to Penske safety policies and ensure vehicle safety for customers.
