Penske is seeking an experienced Technician II in Springfield, MA. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a wide fleet, diagnose issues, and train with the Penske Technician Certification Program.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and career growth within a supportive, well-equipped facility. Compensation includes a starting rate of $30.75 per hour plus shift premiums and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 3 years of practical experience with vehicle maintenance
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to solve problems and work well in a team

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and ensure vehicles are safe for customers
• Perform preventive maintenance on trucks and trailers with minimal supervision
• Repair and troubleshoot engines, transmissions, differentials, turbochargers, fuel systems
• Keep work area clean and safe
• Use Penske tools to log, research and complete repairs including basic diagnostics
• Learn new skills through Penske's technician training
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by supervisor
