Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• Experience with major component diagnosis/troubleshooting is expected.
• Proven customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair trucks and trailers, ensuring safety for customers.
• Perform preventive maintenance with minimal supervision.
• Diagnose and repair major components (engines, transmissions, differentials).
• Keep work area clean and safe.
• Log and research repairs using Penske tools and technologies.
• Learn new skills through Penske technician training.
