Penske Truck Leasing in Loxley, AL is seeking a Technician to perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on the company’s fleet. You will work on a variety of equipment, following Penske's maintenance processes and using advanced shop tools while receiving industry-certified training to help you grow your career.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn Penske maintenance processes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on fleet vehicles.
• Use Penske tools and technologies to log, research and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics.
• Perform tire rotation, lubrication, and cooling system maintenance on gas and diesel engines.
• Collaborate with your manager to learn new skills through Penske's technician training and hands-on coaching.
• Take on additional projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
