Job summary

Rush Truck Centers is hiring a Technician to provide technical service to vehicles and equipment, performing repair and maintenance on trucks, engines, and components across multiple locations in the US. The role requires mechanical aptitude, a clean driving record, and willingness to participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience as a Class 7 & 8 technician in a dealership or related truck service facility.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current and valid CDL and Medical card preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment.
• Perform general and detailed repair of trucks, engines and components.
• Overhaul gas or diesel engines.
• Install parts and components as listed in job orders.
• Read job orders and plan work procedures.
