Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is hiring a Technician at our Stockton, CA location. You'll perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a diverse fleet, using Penske's diagnostic tools and processes to keep vehicles on the road.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1–2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to solve problems and use tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and outdoors.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must follow Penske safety policies including DOT/OSHA rules.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and service vehicles to ensure safety for customers.
• Use Penske tools and technologies to log, research and complete repairs, including basic vehicle diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance like tire replacement/rotation and lubrication; handle electrical and cooling system upkeep as needed.
• Learn new skills throughPenske's technician training and hands-on coaching with your manager.
• Tackle additional projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
