Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing/Transportation Solutions in Liverpool, NY is seeking a Technician to perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on our fleet. You will help keep vehicles safe and on the road, with a focus on learning and growing in a supportive environment.

This is a second-shift role (2pm–10:30pm) offering a starting rate of $25.25/hr plus a $3.00 shift differential. Penske emphasizes safety, advanced maintenance tech, and opportunities for career development within a well‑structured

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical certification preferred.
• 1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair vehicles to keep them safe and in good working order.
• Log and diagnose repairs using Penske tools and technologies.
• Perform preventive maintenance such as tires replacement/rotation and lubrication.
• Collaborate with manager to learn new skills through Penske training and coaching.
• Handle other duties as assigned by supervisor.
