Carvana in Indiana is hiring a Diesel Technician for its Fleet Maintenance team to keep our Class 8 trucks and trailers on the road, focusing on uptime and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Heavy-Duty Class 8 trucks and trailers.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for diesel engines and vehicle systems.
• Experience with aftertreatment systems and electrical diagnostics.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Two ASE certifications within the first 6 months of employment (reimbursement).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and component replacements.
• Diagnostics using tools and software to troubleshoot engine, electrical, and transmission issues.
• Address aftertreatment systems and perform regens, and change filters.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with team to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to safety protocols and DOT compliance.
