Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years heavy-duty truck service with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong management, planning and program implementation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and customer-relations abilities.
• Must maintain a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

Responsibilities

• Establishes financial and operating objectives for the Branch service department.
• Prepares operating budgets and reviews performance against targets.
• Leads diesel technicians and warranty staff and hires as needed.
• Ensures compliance with safety, OSHA and hazmat programs.
• Maintains facility and grounds per budget and policy; addresses customer concerns.
• Coordinates with vendors and manages warranties and credits.
