Job summary

Eastern Truck and Trailer is seeking an experienced Branch Manager in Ohio to oversee daily diesel repair operations, lead technicians and staff, and drive revenue growth. You will ensure customer satisfaction, safety, and efficient shop performance while controlling expenses.

The role requires strong diesel knowledge, leadership skills, and a track record of managing budgets and KPIs. A valid driver's license is required; CDL is a plus. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of management experience in a diesel repair, fleet maintenance, trucking, or heavy equipment environment.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, heavy-duty truck repair, and maintenance operations.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Experience managing budgets, shop performance, and financial reporting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus.
