Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years heavy duty truck or related industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service shop workflow and supervise technicians.
• Assess incoming service department jobs and create customer repair orders.
• Manage billing hours and delegate workload to service technicians.

Skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

Supervisory skills

Knowledge of warranty guidelines and claim procedures

Education

Formal technical school graduate certificate/degree or equivalent work experience

Tools

Familiarity with DOS and Windows based computer programs
