Qualifications

  • Strong English writing and basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Set up daily schedule for technicians and assign labor lines.
  • Develop systems and processes for the department to ensure smooth operation.
  • Ensure parts are in-stock or ordered in a timely manner for repairs.
  • Oversee purchasing procedures and inventory control to meet service goals.
  • Handle parts inventory and track expenses to optimize costs.
  • Address customer complaints courteously and professionally and resolve issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of warranty, policy, and return procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to employee schedules and absenteeism/tardiness policies.
