Job Title: Diesel Mechanic Technician

We are hiring immediately for a Diesel Mechanic Technician in our Miller Truck Leasing division, located in Worcester, MA. With over 100 years of experience and more than 8,000 trucks, we operate 40 Diesel Maintenance shops across KY, MD, PA, NJ, NY, CT, MA, and NH. Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and general reconditioning on Class 1 through Class 8 vehicles, including refrigeration units.
• Diagnose, document, and repair engine fault codes using OEM software, following warranty procedures.
• Repair or replace brakes, steering components, suspension, and perform alignments.
• Replace clutches and transmissions.

Requirements

• Experience as a diesel mechanic, fleet mechanic, or heavy equipment mechanic.
• Training or experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Class 1-7 diesel tractors.
• Valid CDL (Class A or B).
• Own your tools.
• Availability to work 2nd shift: Tuesday-Thursday 2pm-10:30pm, Friday 12pm-8:30pm, Saturday 7am-3:30pm.
