Wake County is seeking a Human Resources Technician to ensure accurate data entry in the HR system. This role is critical for processing personnel actions and requires attention to detail, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The position is primarily remote, with a focus on collaboration and innovation within the HR department.
This position is 95%-98% remote* and open due to retirement.

What will you do as an HR Technician?
You serve as the gateway for data entering the HR system. Your daily responsibilities are critical to all areas of Human Resources and employees within Wake County Government!
Daily responsibilities will include:
*For positions with a remote work option, all Wake County Government remote workers must reside in one of the following states: North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia.
