Job Description:

Position Summary:

Provide project management, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support for our equipment. Demonstrate excellent technical, customer service, and communication skills. Train customer staff on operation and maintenance of Alliance/Systec equipment. Seek opportunities to improve products, generate revenue, and enhance customer value.

Responsibilities:
  • Travel to customer sites for service, installation, and training (~75% travel).
  • Install equipment and interface with production lines.
  • Perform troubleshooting, system audits, preventive maintenance, rebuilds, and system training.
  • Manage on-site projects and establish rapport with customers.
  • Complete documentation and reports accurately.
  • Perform machine acceptance testing and assist in training customer personnel.
  • Provide technical support via phone and participate in emergency support programs.
  • Adhere to safety policies and submit required paperwork timely.
  • Contribute suggestions for product improvements and cost savings.
Physical & Minimum Requirements:
  • Lift up to 50 pounds, work in various positions, and work at heights.
  • High School diploma or G.E.D.; technical degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years experience in industrial machinery, with strong electrical/mechanical/PLC skills.
Skills:
  • Strong technical background, excellent communication, and customer service skills.
  • Willing to travel extensively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, reading schematics, troubleshooting, and control systems.
  • Experience with PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley), HMI, sensors, and variable frequency drives.
