Join to apply for the Diesel Mechanic / Fleet Technician A role at Martin Brower UK and Ireland.

Reyes Fleet Management is hiring several Diesel Mechanics / Fleet Technicians to perform repairs and maintenance on tractor and trailer equipment at our Martin Brower shop in Coatesville, PA.

Shifts Available:

  • Wednesday-Saturday 5:00am - 3:30pm
  • Monday - Friday 1:00pm - 9:30pm
  • Sunday-Wednesday OR Tuesday-Friday 2:00pm - 12:30am

Pay: $35.00-$41.00/HR based on experience and qualifications.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Repair, maintenance, and overhaul of fleet diesel equipment, including diagnostics and rebuilding of clutches and brake systems.
  • Complete documentation for work orders using the online AssetWorks system.
  • Operate a company vehicle for roadside diagnostics and repairs.
  • Ensure equipment has proper licensing and registration.
  • Install, replace, and repair onboard computers and cameras.
  • Follow safety policies and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years of related experience.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, occasionally 100 pounds.
  • Valid Driver’s License to operate company vehicles.
  • Own tools (minimum tool requirements).

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Technical School Certification.
