Mechanics Hub in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Diesel Mechanic to repair tractors, trailers, and fleet equipment. You will diagnose and fix diesel systems, perform wiring diagnostics, and use industry tools to keep trucks safe and on the road.

We offer a competitive pay with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and steady day shifts. Ideal candidates have hands-on diesel repair experience, welding skills, and a valid driver’s license. Class A CDL preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of diesel truck, tractor, trailer, or fleet repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with wiring and exhaust aftertreatment systems.
• Hands-on experience using diesel diagnostic tools and repair procedures.
• Welding experience required for truck, trailer, or fleet repair work.
• Valid driver’s license required; basic tools provided; larger tools provided by employer.
• Pre-employment screening including drug test and background check.
• Class A CDL preferred but not required.

• Maintain repair records, follow shop safety procedures, and support other technicians.
• Perform roadside service calls as needed and assist with daily fleet maintenance.
