Job summary

Waste Recovery Systems is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to repair and maintain our fleet, from small engines up to semi tractors. A minimum of 3 years of recent diesel mechanic experience is required, with familiarity with injectors, front structures, fuel systems, and Cummins engines.

You will diagnose, service, maintain, and repair trucks and trailers, perform preventative maintenance and inspections, and safely drive trucks within the lot, pull trailers into and out of bays, and hook

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent diesel mechanic experience.
• Must have own tools and a valid driver’s license.
• One state certification required.
• Ability to work well with others and be a self-starter.

Responsibilities

Job description

Mechanic will be responsible for the diagnosis, service, maintenance, and repair of trucks and trailers. Must have familiarity with injectors, front structures, fuel systems, and Cummins engines. Additional duties also include performing preventative maintenance and inspections. Must have the ability to safely drive trucks within lot, pull trucks into and out of garage bays and be able to hook up semi trailers.
