Qualifications

• Hands-on experience working on heavy-duty trucks, tractors, trailers, or similar fleet equipment.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for diesel engines and exhaust aftertreatment systems.
• Experience with engine diagnostic software and testing procedures to identify root causes and verify repairs.
• Aluminum welding and fabrication experience.
• Valid driver's license; basic hand tools provided; pre-employment screening including drug test.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform repairs on diesel trucks, trailers, and related fleet equipment.
• Repair diesel engines, exhaust aftertreatment, electrical systems, and truck components.
• Use diagnostic software and testing procedures to identify issues and confirm repairs.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, troubleshoot, and perform minor to major repairs on diesel trucks, tractors, trailers, and related fleet equipment.Diagnose and repair diesel engines, exhaust aftertreatment systems, electrical systems, and related truck components.Use engine diagnostic software and testing procedures to identify problems, determine root causes, and confirm repairs.Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and regular service to keep fleet equipment operating safely.Complete aluminum welding, fabrication, and truck or trailer repair work as needed.Perform roadside service calls when required, maintain accurate repair records, and follow safe shop practices.
