Performance Foodservice in Massachusetts is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform preventative maintenance on medium to heavy-duty fleet trucks, trailers, and refrigeration units. You will ensure roadworthiness and accurate work-order documentation, including onboard computer work and brake inspections.

The role requires 2+ years in similar repairs, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to perform road calls as needed.

Formación

• 2+ years of proven medium to heavy-duty vehicle repair experience including PMs
• Experience with tire & wheel, air & air disc brakes, and electrical troubleshooting
• Ability to read and document work orders accurately

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative maintenance on fleet diesel equipment and diagnose basic failures
• Ensure equipment has current licensing and registration for roadworthiness
• Document repairs and maintenance in the EAM system
• Install, replace, and repair onboard computers
• Inspect brakes, steering, bearings and related components for safe operation
• Conduct routine maintenance: oil changes, batteries, lubricants, and use of tools
• Perform additional duties as assigned
