Job summary

JP Mascaro & Sons, Great Valley Division, in Bridgeport, PA, is seeking skilled Diesel Mechanics to repair and maintain trucks and construction equipment per manufacturer specifications.

You will diagnose issues, source parts, and service powertrains, electrical, hydraulics, and emissions systems. A diesel tech degree or equivalent is preferred, with a valid license and strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Diesel engine technical degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret technical manuals data.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of safe garage tool operation and diagnostic equipment.
• Familiarity with inspection and warranty processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repair and maintenance on trucks and equipment per manufacturer specs.
• Identify and obtain replacement parts to complete repairs.
• Disassemble/assemble major assemblies and adjust systems.
• Work independently to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
