Immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Entry Level Diesel Technician to support our Truck Fleet at Ryder in Moonachie, NJ.

• Hourly Pay: $34.14 per hour
• Certification Bonus: $100 for each new ASE Certification obtained, up to $700
• Quarterly Bonus: Up to $500 every quarter
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends off
• Hours: Second shift, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic tools required
• One or more years of transportation maintenance experience preferred
• Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A preferred

Additional requirements:

• Effective communication skills, ability to work shifts/weekends, perform entry-level tasks, and demonstrate mechanical aptitude
• Computer literacy
• Experience in transportation maintenance preferred

• Note: This position requires driving Ryder vehicles. To become an employee, you must:

• Obtain CDL within 6 months of hire
• Pass Ryder drug test, DOT physical, road test, and background checks
